Who we are

Kuba Labs Limited (company no. 17159949, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for personal data collected through kubalabs.io. Contact us at hello@kubalabs.io.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email, company, whether you are a carrier, broker or other, and anything you choose to tell us in the message box.

This website does not use cookies. To understand how the site is used, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous, aggregated information such as the pages viewed, the website that referred you, and your country and type of device. It does not identify you.

Why we use it

To manage the waitlist and contact you about early access to Kuba Labs. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and the waitlist: our website host and our form provider (Formspree), our website analytics (Vercel), and in future our customer relationship management system. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, they are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email hello@kubalabs.io. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
